We ship HTMA kits within the United States and Canada. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of purchase. Delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on location.
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
You are responsible for returning your hair sample using the prepaid envelope provided. We are not responsible for samples lost during transit.
Results are typically available within 10 business days after the laboratory receives your sample.
We offer three HTMA service tiers. Each tier includes varying levels of service as described on our website at the time of purchase.
Customers who purchase a non-top tier package may upgrade within 30 days of receiving their results. Upgrades are applied as a credit, you pay only the price difference between tiers. The upgrade option expires 30 days after results delivery.
If you have not mailed your hair sample to the laboratory, you may request a refund minus a $55 processing and restocking fee.
Once the laboratory has received your sample, refunds are not available because the testing process has begun.
If you are dissatisfied with your report or consultation, contact us within 14 days of receiving results. We may, at our discretion, provide additional clarification or deeper explanation of your report.
Educational courses and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and processing costs. Opened supplements are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged or defective products may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of damage.
All content on the BioTestMe website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, reports, courses, and software, is the property of BioTestMe or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
