Avoid bathing your pet within 24 to 48 hours prior to collecting the sample.

Place the collected hair directly into the provided collection envelope and seal it securely before mailing.

Freshly clipped hair may be used if it is clean and collected properly.

Most reports are completed within 7 to 10 business days after the lab receives your sample.
