BioTestMe ships HTMA test kits to customers located in the United States and Canada. We aim to process and ship orders promptly so you can begin your testing process without delay.
Orders placed between Sunday to Thursday are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are generally processed and shipped on the following Monday.
Holidays may delay the typical processing and shipping times.
Shipping is FREE for all HTMA test kit orders within the United States.
Orders are shipped via USPS. Standard delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
All U.S. orders include tracking. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship to PO Boxes without restriction.
Shipping is FREE for all HTMA test kit orders shipped to Canada.
Canadian orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days. Delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak shipping periods.
To reduce international shipping costs, Canadian orders are shipped in an envelope rather than the standard cardboard mailer.
Tracking is not available for Canadian shipments due to international mailing logistics.
Prepaid return postage is not included for Canadian orders. Customers must apply their own postage when mailing their hair sample to the laboratory. In most cases, the cost is approximately $1–2 Canadian Dollars. A return envelope with the laboratory address is included in your kit.
We are not responsible for customs fees or duties related to your test kit.
A prepaid USPS return envelope is included with your kit. After collecting your sample according to the instructions, seal the envelope and drop it in any USPS mailbox or post office.
A return envelope addressed to the laboratory is included; however, you must apply your own postage before mailing. Samples should be sent via Canada Post.
BioTestMe is not responsible for hair samples lost in transit. We recommend mailing your sample promptly after collection.
Once the laboratory receives your hair sample, results are typically available within 5 business days.

When dietary supplements become available, shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. This policy will be updated with supplement-specific shipping details at that time.
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. BioTestMe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at: care @ biotestme.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with USPS to locate your shipment or arrange for a replacement if appropriate.
