1. Overview

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from BioTestMe. This Refund Policy explains our cancellation and refund terms for HTMA test kits, service packages, digital products, supplements, and upgrades.

2. HTMA Test Kits

2.1 Before Mailing Your Sample

If you have received your test kit but have not mailed your hair sample, you may request a cancellation and refund.

$55 processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The unused kit must be returned in order to receive your refund.

2.2 After Mailing Your Sample

Once your hair sample has been mailed to the laboratory, refunds are not available. At that point, the testing process has begun and cannot be reversed.

2.3 Lost Samples

If your hair sample is lost in transit and does not reach the laboratory, we will issue a replacement kit at no charge. If you have not received results within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

3. Test Kits, Service Packages, Supplements, Upgrades, and Digital Content

3.1 Test Kits

3.1.1. Before Sample Submission

If you have not mailed your hair sample to the laboratory, you may request a refund minus a $55 processing and restocking fee.

3.1.2. After Sample Submission

Once the laboratory has received your sample, refunds are not available, as testing has begun.

3.1.3. Service Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with your report or consultation, contact us within 14 days of receiving your results. At our discretion, we may provide additional clarification or further explanation of your report.

3.2 Service Packages

Service packages are non-refundable, except for unused test kits. Please refer to the Test Kit section above for details.

3.3 Digital Products

Educational courses and digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3.4 Supplements

Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and processing costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Opened supplements are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

If a supplement arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

3.5 Service Package Upgrades

All service package upgrades are non-refundable once processed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the refund request

Confirmation of whether your hair sample has been mailed (for test kit refunds)

We will respond within 3 to 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Holidays may extend this timeframe.
