Collect Your Hair Sample in 4 Easy Steps

Step 1:

Wash & Dry Your Hair

Wash your hair with regular shampoo and allow it to fully dry before collecting your sample.

Cut Hair Near the Scalp

Take hair from the back of the head near the nape of the neck, cutting from several small areas so it blends naturally.

Weigh Your Sample

Place the hair on the provided scale to ensure you have collected enough for testing.

Place Hair in the Envelope

Place the weighed hair sample into the collection envelope and seal it.
